About Beth Jensen

What does a customer see when they look at your business? How do they feel after having interacted with your business? How do you feel after having interacted with a customer? In Lean, we strive to constantly improve the answers to these questions. Using Lean tools such as Daily Management, Value Stream Mapping, A3 thinking and Kata board problem solving, I have more than five years of experience working with groups and individuals in both the office as well as manufacturing and distribution to improve the customer experience, coworker satisfaction and company bottom line. Let’s face it, everyone wants their lives to be easier and less stressful and every customer wants a quick, easy and better experience when working with your company. It takes a special person to find common ground where everyone can work together to find all-encompassing solutions to problems you don’t even know exist. That person is me.
