About Beth Johnson
I am a 2013 graduate of the Framingham State University Food and Nutrition Program as well as a 2014 graduate of the MGH Dietetic Internship. I went into the internship with a focus in Food Service Management, and soon after graduation, I was hired as the Retail Food Service Manager of a 24 hour Café, and within six months, of a second café that is open office hours only. After 19 months as the Retail Food Service Manager, I was promoted to Operations Manager. The revenue centers I manage are high volume businesses with a total of approximately 30 employees at any given time. I have a true love of nutrition and health, as well as for management. It is my goal to eventually become a Food Service Director of a local school system, and utilize my education to help provide healthy meals to children in grades k-12.
