About Beth Judge

I bring entrepreneurial spirit, analytical skill and a customer centric attitude to my real estate practice. Among my fortes, I tailor my efforts to the unique needs of each client, coupled with untiring dedication to satisfaction during and after the search for, or sale of, each client's home. I understand the intricacies and emotions involved with the purchase/sale of a home: I bring 20+ years of personal experience renting apartments and condos, and purchasing/selling single-family homes due to several relocations, each characterized by distinct desires and housing needs (including pets!). I have renovated several century houses and a Manhattan pre-war co-op and offer excellent guidance in this realm. I began my career in corporate lending in Boston and NYC. I then became involved in small ventures on the operational, financial and marketing sides, before founding Entrepreneurs’ Business Source, LLC. Through EBS, I catered to the daily operational needs of small businesses, specifically bookkeeping and financial management, as well as personal management services for executives working and living abroad. A native of the Philadelphia suburbs, I received a BA in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and an MBA in Marketing from New York University. Over the years, I have also resided in New Jersey, Ohio and North Carolina. I enjoy traveling with my spouse and two grown children, the eldest, a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, and the youngest, a senior at Villanova University. I spend time outdoors with my family's Corgi, Watson, greeting neighbors in my Upper West Side neighborhood, where I reside. My years in the South have fueled my enthusiasm for college basketball, especially the Big East and March Madness. Go Villanova Wildcats!
