I am a corporate ‘way finder”. My mission is to guide leaders and organisations towards their greatest impact, for their customers, colleagues, and the broader community. I thrive in unraveling the complexities of business—the gnarly, intricate, uncertain, and messy organisational and human dynamics that are typically overlooked by conventional consultancies. My passion lies in collaboration with organisations who are seeking more conscious, sustainable approaches to business, focusing not on quick fixes but on fostering curiosity, collaboration, and lasting change. With over two decades of international experience in business psychology, organisational development, and leadership and cultural transformation, I fuse time-honored methods with the latest insights in psychology and systemic practices. This unique combination allows me to drive profound and meaningful, practical change. My work is varied — working as an associate consultant on advanced business, cultural, and leadership transformation. Concurrently, I co-lead GenerativeWork with Sarah James Wright, offering pioneering systemic development to visionary leaders and organisations aiming to reimagine what is possible, and willing to go on a deeper journey to cultivate lasting, transformative impacts. My approach is client-centric, grounded in empathy and adaptability and meets clients where they are at. I build deep trusted relationships with boards, C-suite, and executive teams, supporting them through their challenges. I love laugher, play, and taking myself - or any hint of expert knowledge - lightly. In my view the greatest quality any consultant can bring to a situation is curiosity and a willingness to explore what is needed in each unique context. My engagements are tailored, ranging from targeted facilitation and speaking engagements to extensive executive development programs and enduring multi-year advisory relationships. Having collaborated across a wide spectrum of sectors—from blue-chip multinationals to public organizations—I bring a broad perspective on industry best practices and a keen sense of what truly works. My expertise in systemic thinking, leadership development, strategic execution, cultural shifts, communication, and organizational design is backed by a Master’s in Occupational Psychology (with Distinction), Organizational Constellations practitioner training, and an unwavering commitment.
