One of my greatest desires in a project is to document detailed processes so that they can be duplicated flawlessly. Systematically onboarding new team members from a detailed, step-by-step playbook allows my teams to form a stable and scalable knowledge-base. This provides for an interlocking network of team members who support each other as needed, thus undergirding the success of the entire team. I have excellent written and oral communication. I've managed 95 remote project contributors covering over 200 weekly tasks to insure that those were executed on schedule and with excellence. I've also been able to successfully work with the customer service professionals, IT engineers, administrative team members, and management in order to help everyone meet the same goals. I manage remote teams through digital tools. Right now I’m in love with Asana for task management. I am driven to accomplish my tasks and have solid time management skills.
