I am passionate about bringing the Lean Startup method to corporations. I help Fortune 500 companies plant and nurture the seeds of innovation, implement innovation programs, and educate teams on processes that enable shorter cycle times, greater throughput and cost risk mitigation. Currently, I am a Director in the Strategic Relationship Office with Optum Innovation, Research & Development, where I’ve collaborated with high tech, e-commerce, healthcare, financial, and non-profit companies. My specialties include challenging the status quo while striving to keep teams focused on the end goal and delivering value. I am a leader, idea champion, entrepreneur, direction-setter and eliminator of obstacles.
