About Beth Laliberte

Collaborative, curious and compassionate, I am a psychologist completing my clinical psychology endorsement. I recognise the importance of creating a safe and non-judgemental space for people to facilitate healing and growth, supporting them as they navigate their inner landscape and move towards their version of a meaningful life. Working across the lifespan, I have experience with individuals who have faced trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, and a range of other mental health difficulties. I integrate a trauma-informed practice and draw on a range of therapeutic modalities with emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. Over the past decade, I've worked therapeutically in the social services sector across Canada, Australia, and Micronesia. Through this diverse experience, I have developed a genuine curiosity, compassion and care for understanding how people move through the world, what touches them, what ails them, and what shapes their sense of self and psychological safety.
