As the HR and Compliance Manager at Performance Personnel Partners, I oversee all aspects of human resources, compliance, and employee benefits for a staffing agency that serves multiple industries and clients. I have more than 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles, where I have successfully implemented strategic and innovative HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. I am also a Juris Doctorate candidate at Northwestern California University School of Law, where I am pursuing my passion for law and enhancing my legal knowledge and skills. I leverage my legal insight and education to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as to negotiate contracts, resolve disputes, and advise senior management on legal matters.
