About Beth Lentchner

I am the Senior Director, Leadership Programs & Education at Tennessee Medical Association (TMA). I lead the TMA John Ingram Institute for Physician Leadership where I am the Executive Director for the Immersion Course and the Physician’s Leadership Lab. I provide physicians with foundational training and skill development to excel in leadership positions within organized medicine, medical practices and health-care organizations. Overseeing a curriculum covering collaboration, conflict, negotiation, resiliency, burnout, communications, government relations, and time and people management. In addition to these established courses, I create customized leadership training and education programs for hospitals, organizations, and physician groups. I am responsible for the identification and production of programming to fulfill all of TMA’s live and online education strategies – including CME courses and the state required opioid prescribing education. Providing ACCME annual compliance reporting and accreditation maintenance and serve as Executive Staff for the Tennessee Foundation for Quality Patient Healthcare (TFQPH) and the Tennessee Medical Education Fund (TMEF), both 501(c)3 organizations.
