Early childhood is where the foundation for an individual's future success is built. Allowing children to explore, discover, and experiment with the world around them in a safe and nurturing environment are the building blocks to later success in life. ​ ​Additionally, ​I am well​-​versed in steering the implementation of multi-site programs, managing large scale change, monitoring enrollment and customer retention and forging relationships with people of influence in the nonprofit, corporate, education, legislative and government arenas.
