About Beth M. Swanson

Beth's love of real estate began at a young age. Her mother's two best friends were interior decorators, and Beth has fond memories of helping to choose various décor elements. Today, this serves her clients well as Beth is a certified stager, in addition to being a licensed real estate agent, and can get homes looking their best prior to selling. After 20 years as a Special Events Coordinator in Wisconsin, Beth's customer service, negotiation strategies and ability to problem solve on the fly are a finely honed skill set that ensures her clients' goals are accomplished every step of the way. When Covid ended her special events career, Beth and her husband packed up two dogs and U-Haul to head west to Longmont. After buying her home, Beth made the decision to pursue her lifelong passion of becoming a real estate agent, and now assists buyers and sellers full time. She loves Colorado's outdoor activities and explores the mountains and trails with her two Brussels Griffons, Arlo and Dexter. She also enjoys live music, art festivals, travel, yoga and entertaining family and friends. If you're considering buying or selling a property, call Beth today!
