About Beth McBroom

I design and deliver innovative courses that communicate material in ways that resonate with diverse audiences. Strong business knowledge, team building, and cultivation of cross-functional relationships drive my success in training and communication management. I organize chaotic situations and create unique solutions to complex problems, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. Known for my effective training delivery and ability to make others feel comfortable, I am supportive, positive, and bring levity to the workplace. As an example of my skills, in 2020 I delivered training on the functionality of a system report. The report utilized a platform (Power BI) unfamiliar to me. Not only did I learn how Power BI functioned from the user perspective, but I also built a comprehensive training deck and live demo to train 100+ users. The project was completed in 4 weeks and deemed a success. All attendees left knowing how to begin integration of the reports into their workflows, and how that information would eventually drive their business relationships.
