About Beth Moller

I am an intentional, dynamic and servant supply chain and change leader with 20+ years’ experience in leading and optimizing supply chains, business processes, driving strategic initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. My friends and co-workers both professionally and in my volunteer work, may describe me as high energy, passionate and dedicated. I have built my career, to encompass E2E learning and growth, beginning with Dun & Bradstreet where I learned to analyze financial statements & P&L's; as an operations manager in a union manufacturing environment; heading a global SC Center of Expertise in a highly matrixed organization; and as Director of several Supply Chains. I believe that supply chain can be viewed/visualized as the “hub of the wheel.” All E2E activities must work together and in collaboration with business partners and customers to drive and deliver the best results. My style is leading a proactive supply chain… knowledge and tools allow supply chain leaders and teams to be a partner in planning and realize strategic objectives, vs. working in a reactive manner. Through leading supply chains and global projects, I have a proven track record of results including saving companies millions through inventory management, compliance projects and implementing efficiencies. Reducing costs and encouraging a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement are part of my toolbox. Mentoring, cooking at Ronald McDonald Houses and providing leadership and guidance to collegians, makes me proud.
