Beth Morgan is a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a history of creating and executing complex programs in industry-leading technology focused organizations. She has strong experience in governance, risk, compliance and is practiced in growing organizations from start up to sale. Beth is successful in driving strategic projects to completion and she has experience with commercial and government clients/contracts. Beth has been recognized for exceptional customer relationship management, international business expertise and creative problem solving with demonstrable results. Beth is Chief of Staff and VP Strategic Programs for Cybraics, a cyber security, detection and analytics as a service start-up with commercial and Government customers including various Fortune 500 and federal government, Department of Defense (DOD) and Intelligence Community organizations. Beth facilitates the CEO's vision; formalizes ideas and concepts outlined by the CEO; she fulfill areas of the company with direct business impact but do not fit core job descriptions of other team members. She has been responsible for execution of multiple strategic projects including management of a cross-functional team which created a new software-as-a-service product for a DOD entity; she was the primary interface with customer and developed project related deliverables. The contract value exceeded $2M/year. Beth worked for Terremark and Verizon-Terremark from July 2002 until October 2014 where she was responsible for oversight of operational compliance, achievement of SSAE16, PCI and IS027001 certifications and leading diverse program managers in high visibility, transformational projects. Previously Beth worked for Telcordia Technologies, BellCore, AT & T and Bell Labs. She earned her undergraduate degree in International Relations and Public Communication from The American University and her MBA from the University of New Hampshire School of Business and Economics.
