WHAT I DO: My history of success is directly related to my ability to focus on business and requirement analysis to define the scope of a project by assessing the time frame, resources needed for completion for a specific business objective. I am diversely experienced in quality assurance, testing processes, execution and test result analysis. I have increased customer satisfaction by using the Agile methodology approach that encourages flexibility and innovation to reduce time and cost. HOW I DO IT: In my career, I have been instrumental in defining and delivery of credit systems and operational / structural change initiatives that provide both efficient and effective business solutions, I have experience of writing test plans, test cases and test scripts for large scale projects and am articulate and detailed when reporting my observations.
