My career is proof that when great leaders surround themselves with great people, incredible results always follow. I always knew I was meant to lead and inspire others. Throughout more than two decades of experience as a sales leader and coach, I actively sought opportunities to empower others to be successful and exceed their own goals through structure, accountability, hard work, positive feedback, and enthusiasm for the future. The results: explosive revenue growth, rapid territory and market expansion, the launch of innovative pilot programs, and numerous awards and accolades not only for myself, but also for many of my direct reports. My greatest strength is leading positive change and transformation. At Comcast, I designed and stepped into multiple all-new leadership roles and teams, each with ambitious goals and a tight deadline to execute. Together, we built the bridge as we crossed it: with all-new strategies and tactics, I led each team to accomplish incredible results in a short amount of time while maintaining high employee satisfaction. I am even more proud that my leadership skills were recognized by senior leadership with a nomination to attend a prestigious cross-industry women’s leadership program (Women’s Unlimited) in 2019.
