Previously in my career, I studied an 18-month apprenticeship with Crawley College achieving a Distinction in Business Administration and Communications. During my apprenticeship, I worked within the Communications team at Crawley Borough Council. Following on, I then joined Citizens Advice West Sussex as the Communications and Marketing Officer. My time working in Communications allowed me to understand how to connect and engage with audiences and communities of all different ages and backgrounds.
