About Beth Rainbow

I am currently working full time as an Executive Investment Team (EIT) Controller at Triton Partners in London. I also set up my own Run Coaching platform called Beth Rainbow Run Coaching, where I am helping out runners of all abilities to reach their running goals. I am originally from Jersey Channel Islands, where before moving to London in January 2023, I shared my work time between 2 part-time roles in the financial services and health and fitness sectors. I worked my current job at Triton part-time along side Personal Training at Funktion Fitness (gym) for nearly 3 years. I am a Qualified CA (ACCA) having trained as an Audit Senior at EY, Channel Islands. From working in Financial Services, I have gained great experience from providing services to clients across various industries including Wealth Asset Management. I am a keen ultra-runner and have completed numerous ultra-marathons including most recently the Centurion South Downs 50 miler. I also completed the Marathon des Sables 224k (March 2022 in Morocco) where I came the first British Lady and 5th lady overall. I also like to run road marathons and completed Valencia Marathon in Dec 2023 in 3:02.
