About Beth Rawson

20 years experience in the Resort Spa/ Hospitality industry with a strong focus on wellness, and delivering the ultimate customer experience. Maine Licensed in Cosmetology and Esthetics, with a passion for healing and self-care. Experience with spa start ups, operations, recruiting, marketing, spa events, revenue growth through promotions and labor management. After covid, my path took a turn and I ventured into food service and management, where I was able to transfer my skills from hospitality to the food service industry, through managing as well as receiving my ServeSafe Certification. Currently in an administrative role, I continue to pursue my passion for wellness through attending the National Academy of Sports Medicine for my Certified Personal Training Certification and Nutrition Coaching Certification. With a personal passion for running I was proud to be the Expo Coordinator for the Maine Marathon this year (2022) and enjoyed the event planning process and presenting a successful and enjoyable experience for the runners!
