About Beth Reynolds

With over 18 years of experience in the education sector, I am a passionate and innovative Senior Leader. I have a Master's degree in Education: Leading Innovation and Change, and a strong background in sport and exercise science. My core competencies include curriculum design, staff development, personal development and pastoral provision, attendance management, and careers education. I am driven by the mission of transforming the lives of young people through high-quality education and empowering them to achieve their aspirations. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to any team, as well as a collaborative and supportive approach to leadership. As Senior Vice Principal at Park Academy West London, I oversaw the Personal Development and Attitudes to Learning aspect of the Academy, with additional responsibility for line managing the DSL and Pastoral Team and raising the profile of the Academy in the community. I was also part of the Trust's Future Principals network, where I learnt from and shared best practices with other aspiring school leaders. Previously, as a Vice Principal, I was responsible for Personal Development and led a complete redesign of the PSHCE curriculum, including full RSE compliance. I also implemented robust tracking systems for student progress and attainment, and line managed the Sixth Form, Science Department and the Applied Transdisciplinary Learning (ATL) curriculum. I have demonstrated skills in events, staff development, and educational leadership, and I am always looking for new ways to improve the learning experience and outcomes for our students.
