About Beth Rivkind

Driven by a passion for Jewish continuity and community impact, I’m a highly motivated nonprofit professional with deep expertise in overseeing strategic partnerships and managing projects from ideation to execution to evaluation. I’ve built a proven track record of creating and running high-impact initiatives that drive growth, engagement, and sustainability for mission-driven organizations. Authentic relationship-building is at the heart of my work. I thrive in spaces where strategy meets creativity, partnering with stakeholders to craft compelling narratives that resonate with families, donors, and community members. Whether it’s collaborating across teams, designing events that inspire action, or working directly with school and community leaders, I bring a lifelong learner’s mindset and an unwavering focus on cultivating trust and shared purpose. As Director of Enrollment Growth at Prizmah: Center for Jewish Day Schools, I’ve led programs that expand enrollment pipelines, strengthen community partnerships, and empower professionals to elevate their strategies. By leveraging storytelling, data-driven insights, and collaborative leadership, I’ve helped schools and communities make meaningful, lasting connections that drive success today and ensure a vibrant future tomorrow.
