About Beth Robertson

As a data analyst, I help organizations achieve better results by using the insights provided by data. I have 2+ years of experience in analyzing data from different sources. I use SQL, Tableau, Excel, Python, and PowerBI to perform data cleaning, manipulation, visualization, and reporting. I have built data structures, defining their relationships, and attributes. Before becoming a data analyst, I was a middle school math teacher for 15 years, where I developed skills in sharing knowledge, mentoring, relationship building, curriculum development, process analysis, change management, and tutoring. I also obtained additional certifications in technology applications and math on my own time, and became a technology leader among the faculty at both schools where I taught. Prior to teaching, I was a consultant who helped clients manage changes to their systems and processes, including helping their employees understand the business reasons for the change. In that role, I learned to build relationships with client managers and executives, documented current processes and identified improvements, supervised programmers and analysts, and designed and delivered end-user training and support programs. I am a logical thinker, continuous learner, gatherer of information, puzzle solver, team leader and team player, and I love to achieve. My mission is to use data to solve problems, improve outcomes, and make a positive impact in the world.
