Beth has 20 years of OD and Training Development experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, higher education, technology, and hospitality. She also has prior account management and sales experience with mid-size advertising and marketing agencies. Beth earned her B.B.A. from the University of Kentucky and M.A. from the University of Louisville. She also holds an Equine Studies degree from Midway University and worked in the thoroughbred industry during her undergraduate studies. Beth is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP. She holds various professional certifications including: Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) Assessment Certification, DDI Certified facilitator and assessments tools such as MBTI, Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode, and DiSC.
