About Beth Schuerger

I have been working as a Registered Nurse for 37 years. I have learned many skills along the way. I have worked with a variety of patients with multiple medical problems. I've worked in the OR as both Circulating and Scrub Nurse. I've worked Med-Surg and Ortho floors. I've worked in the ER where I gained a lot of experience with both critical and non critical patients of all ages. I presently work on a Mobile ICU where we handle quite a variety of illnesses dealing with IV drips to ventilators. We do ER trips and basic transports. I enjoy working with people of all ages. I have recently accepted a new full time position as a Home Health Nurse for Brookdale. I start 9/11 and am looking forward to the change. I have been Case Manager for Brookdale Home Healthcare for 17mos and I'm being promoted to Clinical Manager. To start new position 2/4/2019. 11/19, I am now back to Case Manager for Brookdale home healthcare. I figured out I am not an office person. I missed my patients and received a wonderful welcome back from the residents at Brookdale Westlake Village. Patient care is such a gratifying, heartwarming experience. As of January 11, 2021, I have decided to take a position as RN Case Manager at Southwest General Hospital Home Healthcare.no on-call, one weekend day a month and better benefits including Lifeworks.
