I started my first sales job for a marketing company at 18, it was a commission only role and 7am -8pm 5 days a week. This is where I first found my interest in sales! I worked in this role for 2 years, alongside my degree in History and Philosophy. I decided to leave university as I wanted to focus on sales. I then became a sales manager for Thornton’s for 8 months which I was sadly made redundant. I moved to Leeds and found an opportunity in Insurance, I have been working in this sector for 3 years, learning different sales techniques, hitting and exceeding targets consecutively. I always push myself to achieve the highest standee, this resulted in a promotion to Team leader/manager in my team. I currently manage a team of 3 and have many growth plans in place to help myself and the team grow! I am also completing my CII exams.
