As an event planner, I helped coordinate program development and necessary details essential for a successful event, whether it was a holiday party or a conference. I communicated effectively with senior management and co workers on project status updates both urgent and long term. As an onboarding coordinator and trainer, I was the first point of contact for new hires, introducing them to the culture and procedures that ensure a smooth entry to the organization.
