About Beth Thomas

I am part of the team at the The Aguirre Center for Inclusive Psychotherapy, which provides Individual, Relationship, and Group Psychotherapy as well as Psychological Assessment. We believe that you deserve to work with someone who understands and affirms the complexities of your identities. We are committed to providing excellent therapy for all, with a special focus on those who hold marginalized identities, including Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) and the LGBTQIA+ communities. I've never been willing or able to do or be just one thing. In addition to my counseling work, I am the Head Coach and Head Varsity Women's Coach at the Georgia Tech Rowing Club. Ever since I stepped foot on the team as a novice in 2013, this team has been a constant force throughout various facets of my life. It's in the close relationships I've developed, the drive of an athlete that I bring to all endeavors I take on, and the deep love for the elegance and intensity of the sport that keeps me around as a coach. The relationship between my roles and identities as a counselor and coach have proven themselves to be symbiotic thus far, and I look forward to continue to develop it in the years to come.
