I have a broad knowledge base in all things Cardiology. Throughout my career, I continue to grow my knowledge and expertise in different aspects of the Cardiology IT business. My current role allows me to combine my experience in product development, technical skills, written communication and design as well as adult education and instructional design principles to provide customers with informative, succinct and productive working design sessions. I hold a Masters in Business Management-Healthcare Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. I have experience with WebEx Training, Microsoft Teams and media design tools Captivate, Camtasia and Panopto. IT experience in SQL database queries, XML and automated text generation. Data entry form and field configuration. Specialties: Cardiology workflow designs, database structure. Software training. New product implementation, computer based training remote training development, process improvement, Organizational Readiness, Process improvement and IT.
