About Beth Welsh

I'm focused on three key areas: Leadership development, facilitation and project management. I have worked in leadership development, staff training, mentorship and coaching for more than 10 years in three different countries. My experience working with government leaders in the public sector, accountants and human resources in the private sector, leading call centers, and working with startups, allows me to apply my diverse knowledge to better support the growth and development of teams. Applying my work with RevUp Dental for the past 2 years, leading a team that analyses hundreds of thousands of dental phone calls, another team that answers the phones for multiple dental practices and working with RevUp’s data and sales team, I have developed a series of trainings that are easily applied in a dental practice to improve their processes and optimize their ROI. Deeply enthusiastic about continuous learning and skilled at identifying knowledge gaps, I thoroughly enjoy teaching and am constantly evolving my programs to meet the changing climate and improve delivery. Good communication, excellent customer service and a strong team ethic have been key to my success and allowed me to deliver high quality results.
