As a consultant I deliver stakeholder engagement and reinforce an organization’s brand difference in every communication. I have helped technology, business services and many other kinds of organizations meet their engagement goals. I offer deep experience with healthcare, social services and government organizations. I created a theme that conveyed their goal of becoming a coaching and mentoring culture, developed a year-long internal communication plan (for Human Resources to execute after the initial phase) and rolled out several component programs. All communications reinforced Milliman Care Guidelines’ brand and business strategies, helping employees understand the context for change. At Parker LePla I helped organizations clarify the brand promise they keep with customers and other stakeholders, manage to it and provide marketing communications that make an impact and engage authentically. My role spanned account management, project management, strategy and plan development, public relations and community relations, writing—and anything that had to do with helping my clients align their business, products, communications and people to their brand.
