With over 25 years of work experience in various leadership roles, I am a seasoned executive with a passion for strategy, business development, and innovation. I am currently the Chief Executive Officer at Pinnacle Fertility, a leading provider of fertility care in the US. My mission is to help more people achieve their dreams of parenthood by delivering high-quality, personalized, and compassionate care. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in different industries, markets, and functions. I value collaboration, integrity, and excellence, and I strive to create a culture that fosters these principles. Prior to joining Pinnacle Fertility, I was the Co-Founder/CEO of Advanced Fertility Care, where I oversaw the operations and growth of three fertility offices. I successfully led the integration of the clinics into the InVitro Sciences network, implemented best practices and standards, and increased revenue and profitability. I also developed and executed strategic initiatives to expand the market share and enhance the patient experience. I leveraged my skills in strategy, budgeting, and business development to drive results and innovation.
