About Bethan Cotter

CMSPI is the advisory firm that finance, payments and fraud teams turn to when they want to boost performance, make data-driven decisions, and eliminate ambiguity in their payments arrangements. I currently work as Senior Events Coordinator at CMSPI, supporting the wider marketing and sales teams through organising all global internal and external events from concept through to return on investment reporting. I began my career at CMSPI as a CRM Data Apprentice, gaining crucial experience within the payments industry whilst working towards a Business Administrator Level 3 qualification. Upon completion I was promoted to a Client Accounts Executive role, supporting the Project Delivery team and Consultants on our client relationships, conducting client surveys and working closely on cross sales. As part of this role I worked closely with the Events department on client onboarding, alongside post event analysis reporting. This has led to my current role of Events Coordinator.
