About Bethan Kelly

A passionate, motivated and creative Professional, APM certified Programme Manager and Accredited CSE Specialist (ACSEP). I am a versatile CEO and Programme Manager with extensive knowledge and experience spanning over 12 years as a leader, manager and frontline practitioner specific to Agile Programme Management and Delivery, Child Protection, Safeguarding and Multiagency working on a local and national level. I am experienced in managing a varied portfolio of programmes and projects for both public sector and third sector, including strategic collaborations and partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders using a systems change and service design approach. I am passionate about creating sustainable and transformational change for the support and outcomes of all, and dedicated to working alongside professionals, agencies, and organisations to implement trauma-informed, strength-based models of intervention and support. I actively challenge current systems to deliver truly trauma-informed services for children, young people, and their families, and I work with commissioning bodies and services to re-design packages of support that hold the needs of children, contextual safeguarding approaches, innovation, and co-production with children, young people, and parents at the core of service design and delivery.
