About Bethan Taylor

I have been a nurse for almost ten years and have both acute care experience and community-based care for those with alcohol related brain damage. That was my first nursing role as I progressed through social care and into care management. It enhanced my knowledge base and showed me the vast scope of opportunities which would be available throughout my career. I then moved to orthopaedics at the GRI where I have remained since. My areas of interest include geriatric and end of life care, in which I have been involved with care quality and mentoring. Trauma has allowed me to enhance my organisation and team leading skills, pre and post op care, management of a deteriorating patient, team work, enhanced role’s and all qualities which I could bring to another role.
