I am a high-achieving, disciplined individual with a demonstrated history of growth in property management, sales, leasing, and management leadership. I received specialized training in logical analysis, effective written communication, workplace ethics, in-depth evidence based research, and critical thinking skills with my bachelor’s in English and international educational volunteer experiences while at my university. Over the past five years, I obtained a position as a leasing and marketing agent in multi-family real estate, was promoted to an assistant property manager, and made the transition to commercial asset management. In the property management realm, I developed skills in financial and accounting analysis; official legal notices and government processes; contract administration; as well as maintenance and construction management.
