About Bethany Brooks

As a prospective Lean black belt, with a strong background in process improvement and team building, my main focus is in working collaboratively with client teams to define a goal or future state scenario, identify the existing gaps and hurdles and then develop a plan to achieve success that includes processes, tools, training and technology. I often support implementation, coaching or leading this work as best fits the need and I am always energized by helping people find better, more rewarding ways of doing their work. Even better, in helping teams amplify those results by conducting this work with a systems view. I also have a lot of passion around supporting teams in building strong foundations by improving and building on their team’s culture – an effective team is honest about itself from both an individual and a group perspective, able to recognize both strengths and weaknesses, and to stretch and work in new ways that will better deliver results. By bringing my emotional intelligence and coaching skills to client teams, and utilizing some key tools, we can make some critical discoveries and adjustments to improve both team satisfaction and success.
