About Bethany Buck

I am a life-long learner currently pursuing a doctorate in Leadership with a triple concentration in Organizational Leadership, Curriculum Development, and Higher Education Administration while balancing two roles as an Instructional Designer and Talent Development Educator. Driven by quality and data analytics with a foundation of compassion and humor, I bring a proven ability to coach and lead others through the most challenging tasks to the most mundane daily duties. My strength lies in identifying complex problems and providing multiple solutions that are viable, measurable, and scalable. Whether designing transformational learning experiences or developing talent strategies, I approach each challenge with both analytical rigor and genuine care for the people involved. What sets my work apart is my ability to build transformational relationships through empathy, care, and discernment. I believe that the best learning and development outcomes emerge when people feel truly seen, supported, and challenged to grow. This human-centered approach, combined with data-driven decision-making, allows me to create programs and initiatives that deliver lasting impact. My career aspiration is simple yet profound: to help as many people as I can, in the best way I can. I'm drawn to roles in higher education leadership and speaking engagements where I can amplify this impact—whether that's shaping institutional learning strategies, developing future leaders, or sharing insights that inspire others to reach their full potential. If you're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with authentic connection, let's talk about how we can create meaningful change together.
