About Bethany Comp

I am currently an assistant director of admissions at Lycoming College. My specific recruitment territory includes the western half of PA, and the entire states of OH, WV, IN, MI, WI, and MN. 2023 MBA Business Administration degree recipient from Shippensburg University and a 2021 graduate of Wilson College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and double minor in Psychology and Spanish. I was a member of the Wilson College Field Hockey team and was the Wilson College Government Association Parliamentarian. I completed a long term temporary position with Nesco Resource as a Talent Source Specialist where I gained recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing experience. I completed a 2021 summer internship with Hershey Entertainment and Resorts Reservations where I added to my sales and customer service experience. This is in addition to working in the food industry and other internships to gain more business related experience at River Bend, Cooper’s Hawk, and Juniata Valley Winery. I aspire to one day work in the Human Resources field, diversity equity and inclusion field, or the recruitment field. I am extremely passionate about equality and ensuring that everyone is the best fit for the position they are in and that they are treated equally. One day I wish to work for a company where I can make a difference in fighting inequality in any way I can.
