About Bethany Dive

Starting my career in media production over a decade ago, I always loved the creative media industries and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Media (PR & Social Media, Screen Practice & Production). Just before graduating, I started in my first marketing role, and never looked back! Over the course of my career I’ve worked in B2B, B2C, and D2C markets for a variety of industries (retail, e-commerce, technology, SaaS, beauty, professional services, hospitality, construction, education, and more). I have also worked internationally and have a first-hand understanding of the Australian, North American, and European markets. Some career highlights of mine include- Working within 3 marketing agencies and managing over 40 clients directly - Working on campaigns for big names, notably one client of mine had over 2.5M social media followers - Producing and presenting my own weekly radio show with a co-host - Achieving 8-9x average ROAS during Black Friday season - Being awarded Employee of the Month 3x within 12 months at my last agency with a team of 30+- Developing 100+ personal brands for professionals ranging from graduates to C-level executives - Getting over 10 clients to rank #1 in SERPs (excluding own name search) through effective SEO strategy
