About Bethany Flanagan

I have been working for 6 years in Customer Service Management and Sales while also working in Aquatic Management with nonprofit organizations. I opened a HOA community center through the YMCA of Metro Denver during a pandemic. Managing to successfully operate the pool facility while also coordinating with the program coordinator to build community relationships. After leaving that facility I moved to the Arvada location where I successfully sold the most memberships in the organization for 6 months of my year there. Starting at Gymtegrity Gymnastics as their first Front Office Manager in 3 years after not having one through the pandemic was challenging. Within the first three months in the company I manage to implement structure and organization to class schedules, employee schedules and manage the system's advanced software. All while building a good repertoire with customers. Since starting at the company our profit has tripled and enrollments have quadrupled. Gymtegrity is now one of the fastest growing competitive gymnastics gyms in the state.
