About Bethany Forero

I am an educator and instructional designer passionate about leveraging technology to create meaningful, engaging learning experiences. I hold a Master of Education in Learning Design and Technologies from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in General Science from Texas Woman’s University. My career began in the classroom, where I taught elementary Computer Science and later middle school Science. During this time, I also served as a Verizon Innovative Learning Lab Mentor with LAUSD, helping students explore STEAM through hands-on, technology-driven projects. While teaching, I earned my California Single Subject Teaching Credential and a STEAM Micro-Credential. Currently, I serve as Educational Technology Program Manager with ASU’s Edson E+I Youth Entrepreneurship team, where I lead program and project management efforts, design technology-infused STEAM curricula, and support teachers and students nationwide. My work includes developing original curriculum, training educators, and presenting at conferences to share best practices in instructional technology and STEAM education. I am driven by the belief that when students have access to engaging, future-ready learning opportunities, they gain the tools to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
