As an RTM Supervisor at PayPal, I collaborate with internal and external teams to understand and meet the operational needs of the business. I maintain the relationship between the RTM and our operations teams, and work with the leadership to grow support across forecasting, capacity planning, time and attendance, and scheduling. I also perform root cause analysis for missed SLAs and implement new processes to improve the service quality and efficiency. With an education in English & Psychology from University College Cork, I have excellent communication and analytical skills that enable me to work well with diverse stakeholders and solve complex problems. I am a resourceful and dedicated manager who is committed to providing great customer service and achieving the mission of PayPal. I am a strong leader who works well under pressure, exudes positivity, and has proven successes in managing multiple projects and volunteering events. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
