Bethany joined Optum Technology after graduating college and has worked in IT for nearly 10 years. She has explored a variety of roles throughout her career to build her knowledge of the field and expand her enterprise expertise. Her experience as a Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, Engineer and Product Owner enhance her ability to consider all perspectives and needs of impact users and work streams when creating solutions. Bethany's communication background and combination of business and technical acumen enable her to facilitate successful written and oral communication with all audiences involved. Her big picture thinking, active listening and attention to detail make her an asset to any team. Bethany is interested in opportunities that improve the quality of people's lives and make the world a better place.
