About Bethany K.

I am an extremely passionate, and hard-working person. I enjoy having task lists and getting a job completed to a high standard. I am working as an Early Years Tutor for Hawk Training - empowering and teaching Learners within early years settings to learn and grow within their own personal career. Previous to this, I have worked for over 6 years in childcare and early years sector. I have worked as a Deputy Head of Early Years Education at a 72 place nursery for children aged 6 weeks-5 years old. Within this role, I managed over 20 staff daily and supported their learning and progression in the role. I have worked as a Company SENCO, a SENCO in a nursery setting, and a Behaviour Therapist for children with autism. I have previously held the role as a Manager of a breakfast, after school and holiday Club, and this helped me to expand my management skills, time management and having difficult conversations. I worked full time for seven years while studying for my BSc (Hons) Open degree, and this has taught me a great deal of transferable writing and communication skills, as well as superb time management and accountability. Personally, I love travelling, and am always look to travel to more places with my husband. We love going on adventures and really experiencing life. History has always been a major passion of mine, and I am always looking to learn more about our past, and the people who have lived before us.
