I have a bachelor’s degree in Economics and I have been employed as a Credit Analyst for over five years. As a Credit Analyst and Credit Coordinator at one of the leading manufacturers in the area, I was responsible for processing and analyzing all credit applications for recommendations of credit terms. I have experience working in a fast-paced office environment requiring attention to detail, confidentiality and a broad range of proficiency. In addition, I can provide efficiency, reliability and the upmost in consumer goodwill My accumulated experiences focus on my ability to gather data from a range of sources and preparing reports to analyze the various trends and efficiency of the department in order to set goals for both short and long term productivity. In addition, I was promoted to monitor and maintain existing customer accounts and work under tight deadlines with a variety of departments and clients to find effective solutions. My customer service skills are excellent and I am a proficient communicator who is able to assist customers with grace even in less than ideal circumstances. I have exceptional computer skills with the ability to create reports and keep accurate records. Because of my advanced Excel skills I was given the responsibly to develop and submit various reports such as the, accounts receivables report, monthly metrics and bad debt reports for our department. I enjoy challenges and will work hard to achieve objectives and recognition.
