I started out here as an Implementation Specialist, so I know what it’s like to be in the trenches: rolling out new systems, smoothing adoption, and figuring out what really helps people succeed day to day.That taught me how important it is to listen, be clear, and turn big, messy challenges into simple next steps. Now, as a Customer Success Manager, my focus is on relationships: spotting opportunities, connecting the dots, and helping customers get the most from their investment.Before this, I worked in creative strategy, UX design, and digital campaigns, helping me to naturally approach problems with a people-first mindset. I like making things better for users, teams, and businesses alike.I’m always up for learning from others, diving into new ideas, and working on projects that make a lasting impact.
