I have extensive experience in data analysis and regulatory reporting, with a strong focus on the insurance industry. I have led several key workers’ compensation projects, including the Medical Data Call, Indemnity Data Call, Detailed Claims Information Data Call and Unit Statistical Data Call projects. In these projects, I have worked as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, and Quality Tester, handling tasks such as writing requirements, mapping fields, cleaning data, finding issues and bugs, recommending fixes, and ensuring certification with NCCI and independent bureaus. My responsibilities also include overseeing monthly data submissions, handling correspondence, and organizing large volumes of work in an Agile framework. I have a strong background in data analytics, data manipulation, and risk management, with almost a decade of specialized experience in insurance. I am skilled in developing quality standards, testing procedures, and communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
