About Bethany Siegenthaler

I enjoy learning operations and hunting for performance or process issues that impede flow. I see the need for clear and consistent processes and work directions to drive quality and consistency. I believe providing the right tools and accurate and sufficient information for the job creates a more positive work environment and bolsters morale for our employees. I started at Key as the Stockroom Supervisor and have a strong inventory management skill set. I was promoted to Supervisor for our electromechanical testing team, and in 2024 was invited to join Project Engineering Management and continue to drive process improvement in a new area. Previously managed a sporting goods manufacturing plant, and worked as plant manager along with managing quality control and purchasing/supply chain. Supervised a team of 20. With the help and training of mentors and an industrial engineer reduced overtime by 110%, while increasing completed production over 300%. With a heavy sales background from my previous careers, I'm amiable and engaging. I learn quickly and am not afraid to ask questions so I can communicate with customers, and technical/engineering internal customers or support. With plenty of team leadership and management experience, I bring diverse talents to a team, helping departments improve communication and organization.
