About Bethany Starry

Bethany Starry currently holds the position of Training Specialist for Summit Companies; a company that provides complete fire life safety services designed to protect buildings, assets and people. With a presence in 30 states, and ever growing, Summit Companies is a nationwide leader in fire life safety. Bethany started her career in the industry as an Administrative Assistant for the suppression and sprinkler departments in the Eau Claire, WI branch (a member of Summit Fire Protection, a subsidiary of Summit Companies). She quickly grew in her knowledge of the industry and internal customer service systems. Her expansive knowledge of both industry and process paved the way for her movement into the role of Training Specialist. It is in this role she continues to learn and strengthen her understanding of the trade through field experiences, acquisition activity and business practices. As a member of the Training Department, Bethany is actively involved with M&A activity, new hire trainings for field and office personnel, internal system and operational development, as well as internal operations support for all team members company wide. Bethany Starry has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Community Health Education from the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse. She is passionate about working with all team members in career growth, program planning and system technical documentation/writing.
