In my current role, I respond to incoming requests, coordinate and book service appointments, follow up on repair and deficiency tickets, provide administrative support for insurance claims, and organize invoices for the accounting department. I work with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering quality and timely service to our clients. I enjoy solving problems, learning new things, and improving processes.
